Full Description

This procedure documents the testing to determine if a material willexhibit water spotting on thefinish in the form of color change, ring formation, or otherobjectionable appearance changes afterthe water has completely evaporated. In addition, the proceduredocuments the testing to determineif there will be an objectionable change in hand as a result ofapplying water after the water hascompletely evaporated.
